Hi, I’m Raido, and I started Sustainable Slim Lifestyle.

Did you find your way here feeling frustrated or confused about health stuff? Maybe you’ve tried diet after diet, workout after workout, followed the usual ‘eat less, move more’ advice, but nothing seems to work for good? Still feeling tired, bloated, or just not reaching your energy and weight goals?

If that sounds like you, believe me, I get it. I spent years feeling the same way. I’ve been a personal trainer for 15 years, and I saw so many people stuck in the same cycle – and honestly, I was stuck too. There’s so much conflicting nutrition advice! I read everything I could, tried things out, but kept running into the same problems: rules without reasons, quick fixes that failed, and that simple ‘calories in, calories out’ idea that clearly misses a lot.

It always felt like a piece of the puzzle was missing. Why did some diets work for a bit, then stop? Why didn’t the basic advice seem to match up with how our bodies really function?

Then I found information from researchers focusing on things like hormones, whole foods, fasting, and how our bodies are actually designed to work. It was a real ‘aha!’ moment. Suddenly, everything started making sense.

That’s really what Sustainable Slim Lifestyle is all about: helping you understand the ‘why’ behind getting healthy for good.

I truly believe knowing why something works is key to sticking with it. Otherwise, diets just feel like more rules to follow… and eventually break. When you get how real food affects you, how fasting fits in, or how the right kind of training builds energy without wearing you out, you can actually make choices that stick.

You won’t find quick fixes or fad diets here. My goal is to cut through all the confusion and share practical, science-backed info on:

  • Eating Real Food: Swapping processed stuff for simple, delicious whole foods.
  • Smart Fasting: Learning how different ways of fasting can help (when done right!).
  • Effective Workouts: Getting stronger and more energetic without living in the gym.
  • Clearing Up Myths: Getting straight answers about health.

I want to share what I’ve learned from 15 years of training and all my research, turning it into simple steps and clear info you can actually use. Through blog posts, guides (like the Real Food Kickstart e-book!), and other resources, I hope this becomes a place where things start to click for you.

Thanks for visiting! I’m really excited to share all this with you.
